Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period
No additional charges will be made after cancellation
You will retain access to all features until the end of the billing period
No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing period

Graftek operates on a no-refund policy for all subscription services. Once a payment is processed:

Refunds are not provided for any portion of the subscription
You will maintain full access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle
All payments are final and non-refundable

Service Access

Upon cancellation or non-renewal of your subscription:

Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period
You will retain access to all features during this period
No additional charges will be made after cancellation

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. Refunds will be initiated through the same payment processor and will be subject to their processing timeframes.
